In my opinion this Karl Springer Cantilever Wine Table has to rank among the very nicest wine table / side table ever designed. I love the idea of using this or having at a guest chair and allowing my guest to use it. The thick glass and the green hue of that glass merge super stylishly with the chrome. The chrome base, the perfectly cantilevered heavy chunky glass and the way they just sit there in perfect balance is so appealing.
There was no restoration required on this piece only a gentle rub of metal polish and some glass cleaner. The piece looks great in photos but genuinely looks even better in person. We imported this table from the US. Its a wonderful high quality piece of mid-century design.
