In our opinion this Arne Vodder Rosewood Model 212 Extending Dining Table rates as one of the very best Danish Modern pieces from this period. Its long, sturdy and practical but more than that it is beautiful and well crafted. If you like to entertain and you have a large dining room then this table will serve you very well. The one minor drawback in my opinion to this piece is that the leaves do not store within the table, if removed they must be stored separately. However if you are lucky enough to be in a position to keep the table at its full size then this will not be an issue.
In the images here and the video we have paired the table with a wonderful set of 8 rosewood and leather Kristian Vedel dining chairs. The chairs are currently available in a separate listing. As can be seen in the images the table will easily accommodate 10 chairs.
